You have placed an order and not yet received confirmation of dispatch?

ANSWER ...if your item was in stock when you purchased it will be dispatched within 3 working days ....3 days gone and you have no confirmation??

ANSWER... We are crafting your order for you as it was not in stock .Please allow us 7 to 21 days to have this at your door for you .

Can i order a handbag or wallet in a colour that is not online??

ANSWER... yes you can ! just message us on facebook to arrange a custom colour 

Do you make handbags and wallets custom? YES!! under your instruction and design we can do this for you ! Please refer back to the top top regarding custom orders.

Returns .. All sale / clearance items are NON REFUNDABLE / NO exchanges  so (please choose carefully)

All items purchased at Full RRP can be exchanged if the style is not to your liking .

We offer credit only for an exchanged item .

 

Do you send worldwide ? yes ! Postage  is $9.99 NZD worldwide , We however take no liability for any taxes duties on arrival .
